How to access one drive
From any web browser go to https://onedrive.com and sign in as indicated below.
If you have windows 10 or later go to the windows menu (or search pane in the bottom left) and type in ‘onedrive’. Do not use the ‘onedrive for business app’, just ‘onedrive’.

If you are using a previous version of windows download the app here first.
Download the onedrive app from the app store for your mobile device.
There is also an app for Apple Computers.
How to sign in
Once installed/opened sign in with your email address and password. If you use Gmail you will use the @pwpsd.ca domain, if you use the Exchange email system you will need to use the @pwsd76.ab.ca domain for the username. If you are prompted to choose between ‘personal’ or ‘Work or School’ as you are signing in, choose ‘work or school’.

If you move files outside of OneDrive they are no longer in the ‘cloud’ and are not saved anywhere else. Please note, student or staff personal information was is not supposed to be saved to your p ANY personal drive before, and still should not be saved to your OneDrive either. Sharepoint is where that data is supposed to be savedthat includes onedrive and google drive. There are designated locations for that to be stored depending on what it is. If unsure please ask your supervisor.
