Algo Staff Walkthrough

Staff Instructions:

Scheduler Tab:

You can program single and recurring events from here
Schedular → Schedules tab shows all current schedules for the school Algo. You can make any changes you wish here and nothing is implemented unless you click SAVE at the bottom (No Autosave).
All schools have default Normal Day and Early Mon schedules.
For a new schedule click Create Schedule and then click Add Event. You can also change the color of the schedule.
Description: can be whatever you want. Ex, Start B1
Time: set event time 24 hour format
Audio: these are preset bell chimes that can be experimented with
Page Zone: unless specifically needing the event to chime somewhere set to ALL CALL

Implementing created schedules:

If you want to program schedules or single or recurring events for certain days. Create the schedule like mentioned above then go to the calendar tab and choose it from the –Select & click date to set— drop down menu (upper right of screen). Then click around the calendar for plotting single day items
For recurring events just choose the desired schedule and click Recurring beside the drop down then add in the recurrence schedule that opens at the very bottom of the page. When the schedule is filled out properly click the calendar above and you should see your changes populate.

Status tab:

To stop bells from ringing on a certain day:

Go to the Calendar tab under the schedular tab
At the top right under –Select & click date to set— choose the None Clear option from the drop down
When that is selected go to the calendar and left click on the date(s) you need the bell’s not to ring
Then click SAVE at the bottom when you are sure the changes are correct.
