MFA is not enabled on your account until AFTER you set up both systems and agree to enable it. Once you select Yes to all three questions and click submit it will enable the settings and you will be locked out if you have not set up Multi-factor Authentication. After submission I recommend you open an ‘new incognito window' in Chrome, and then try to signing in to https://mail.google.com/ and to your https://www.office.com/ account (Onedrive). If you are challenged for a response to both then you are successfully set up.
