during the month, when news items come up, create them as news articles on your site and post them.
i.e. https://hb.pwpsd.ca/apps/news/
Instructions for doing this are on the Edlio help page under ‘add a news story’
When it is time to send out the newsletter, sign in to the admin portal for your site. Go to the hamburger menu (three bars top left) ->Announce->Newsletters. Create a new newsletter and select ‘Events and News’ or ‘News’ template, whichever you prefer. In the news section of the template select the articles that you want to be part of the newsletter. Fill in the other fields as you prefer and send the newsletter to your newsletter list.
